Our revised proposals will deliver a ground plus seven storey building with the office entrance and retail uses at ground floor. Flours four through six have been set back from the Bear Lane frontage in direct response to comments raised following our public consultation in January 2020 while floor seven has been removed and replaced with a light-weight pavilion. The building will have a basement to provide for plant, services, cycle and shower facilities.
The proposals will include significant public realm improvements including a connection to the “Low Line”. Details of these revisions can be seen in the summary below
